青年者,国家魂兮

人生一梦,白云苍狗,以梦为马,诗酒趁年华。顾城道:黑夜给了我黑色的眼睛,而我却用它寻找光明。这世界不会被那些作恶多端的人毁灭,而是冷眼旁观、选择保持缄默的人。所以105年前,我们看到了巴黎和会上的顾维钧先生在列强霸权面前那不容置喙、掷地有声的驳斥,也看到了林长民、梁启超先生那振聋发聩、醍醐灌顶般的启迪,更在我们眼中掀起狂风巨浪的,便是怀着一腔“天下兴亡匹夫有责”的热血的青年学子们发起的那场改变了中国历史发展轨迹的救亡图存的爱国抗争!感时花溅泪,恨别鸟惊心,困兽犹斗,况人乎?五四运动唤醒了混沌里沉睡已久的雄狮,神州大地一声怒吼,天下便从此换了模样。

古老的《伊索寓言》中有这样一个故事:狼在河的上游,责备下游的羊把水搅浑了,羊说,他在下游喝水,不可能把上游的水搅浑。狼又说:“但是你去年骂了我爸爸。”羊回答说,那时候他还没有出生。狼于是对羊说:“即使你善于辩解,我还是要吃了你。”参加巴黎和会的顾维钧说,这段寓言是对旧中国外交的最好注脚。电影《我的1919》中他曾说过:“中国不能没有山东,就像西方不能没有耶路撒冷。”好一个顾维钧。在各方利益权利游戏的博弈中,他的这番话无疑在与会各国代表心中造成了“笔落惊风雨,诗成泣鬼神”的蝴蝶效应。外交是个务实的过程,而非理想过程,在你死我活的外交斗争中,作为一名只有27岁的年轻外交官,气节和胆识的突出,多维和缜密的作风着实令人敬佩,而他不也正是千万中华民族后起之秀的缩影么?不也正是为中华之崛起而饱受争议与锤炼的青年的典范么?如果拿鸡蛋碰石头,那么我会选择站在鸡蛋一边。

明朝思想家王阳明提出“知行合一”,即不仅要认识“知”,更要实践“行”。当下在中国梦滋润着的我们青年生长在祖国大地的每一个角落,怀揣着对未来的梦想不断前行的时候,也许我们并没有意识到,我们每一个人哪怕只是一点小小的美好愿望,都在一点一滴的改善着祖国的未来。只要路是对的,就不害怕遥远;只要认准是值得的,就不在乎沧桑变化。如果想要祖国摆脱任人宰割的窘境便不能依赖任何外部力量,要自己强大,要掌握权力,提升话语权地位,走向国际舞台的中心。如今的我们想要翘起这个世界的不平衡杠杆,它的最佳支点不是地球,也不是一个国家、一个民族,而只能是青年的奋发有为与放手一搏。操千曲而后晓声,观千剑而后识器,我们是时候该拿起前辈的接力棒,在赛道上尽情挥洒血与泪,只为成功后那摄人心魄的微微一笑。

红日初升,其道大光;河出伏流,一泻汪洋。潜龙腾渊,鳞爪飞扬;乳虎啸谷,百兽震惶。美哉我少年中国,与天不老;壮哉我中国少年,与国无疆!

 

The viewpoint of unemployment of youth

The world is moving further toward economic globalization,it brings not only opportunities for development but also challenges.Many young people are missing out on the rewards of globalization,unemployment continued its remorseless rise,especially for college graduation,that becoming the hot issue of whole society.

The young constantly complain being rejected by some promising company,upon self-examination,they can flatter themself that they have done no wrong.What on earth is the reason for such a situation?The subject maybe viewed in various way.

As we have noted,individuals factors can be the dominant reason to this social phenomenon.First of all,the deficiency of practical vocational skills and academic knowledge.The courses taught in school can hardly meet social and practical demands.Consequently,the knowledge learned can not be applied into practice. In universities or other palace,students attach great importance to the records rather than working experience,which has a negative influence on their future career life.

Secondly,young man always have an inflated sense of his importance,similarly,an advanced degree is no guarantee of a dream job,the inappropriately evaluation of his own value in job market.To take one example,perhaps the salary about a binman job is higher than a assistant,and this guy can do it better compare with the latter,but the man can not lie down under such treatment,then he will change jobs until satisfied his ambition that get a desired job.However,in most cases,the young forced into bad matches or no matches end up on a productivity trajectory well below what they might otherwise have expected.The scale of the problem is worrying.

In addition,even if a newborn calves gotta have a job, you can hardly catch sight of their conscientious heart.As James Allen has said: Man are anxious to improve their circumstance, but are unwilling to improve themselves,they therefore remain bound.  To the boss side,I must prefer somebody who with an open mind learn,work and learning have persistent confidence.

Finally,problems also exist in specific people such as deformed man.Due to their own physical disability ,they cant go in for some special industry.This limitations also cant be controlled in one day.

Moreover, it is wrong to belittle or neglect an other principal reason-----a confluence of social factors.One perception is the low economical level of country,the consequence for state behavior that offered inadequate jobs.

Currently,institutional barrier like the insufficient labor system and regulations are restrict proper competition between young females and males.Even worse,entering for the post graduation examination is becoming an approach to escaping the unemployment.

For the former,to a company,the potential reason for talents losses maybe owing to missing out on training and experience accumulation that typically occurs with young workers.Then,men traditionally monopolized jobs in the specifically industry like riot policemen.Actually, in majoring situation,woman could not but yield about it.

The effects of youth unemployment can persist for years.The economic loss can be substantial,too.

Is that really difficult for the young to hunt job?As my thought, the answer must be “NO”.If either side give way to other, the outcome would be optimistic.

On one hand,young people cant just sit there and wait for life to come to go,you have to go get it.All dreams can come true,if we have the courage to pursue them.

First of all,the young shouldt fear of failure,meanwhile,be prepared for lots of rejections before you land a job,give a positive attitude,just contemplate a Chinese antiquated proverb:Some battles you win,some battles you lose.Say “yes” to all opportunities that involve talking to people.You never know the person who is looking for the person who could be your next job.

Once youth get chance ,act enthusiastic and you will be enthusiastic.It is no use doing what you like,you have to like what you do.Working not only aims to realize ones dream and ambition ,but also to sustain himself and his family.

On the other hand,young man should not only focus on huge cities , but also western poor areas to support the education, there are a strong need for knowledgeable young people who want to make contributions. Lastly, somebody who are suggested to get higher education like a master degree to avoid the bad situation of financial difficulties.

It has been emphasized that changes should not be one-sided.Accordingly, we urgently call for a healthy recruitment market that encourages fair competition. As we can see, employers and their human resources managers need to realize that discrimination in employment recruitment not only harms the job applicants confidence and impedes their carrier path, but also prevents their own organizations from discovering potential talents. Furthermore, relevant regulations should be enacted to eliminate discrimination in recruitment and ensure the equality in the job market. However, in my opinion, the key point to stop discrimination in employment recruitment is to create more job opportunities. Only when demand and supply is balanced in the job market, can employment discrimination be eradicated.

In any event,companies strengthened the talent’s education and reserve,perfected talent echelon formation to develop a mechanism is equally important.Both about further enhancing the attraction to talented persons is the key point of companies’s further development.

After we accomplished this analysis,now we sum up the opinion.Unemployment does not correct itself.So we must take practical measures to solve the trouble of unemployment.we need attempt to integrate individual with society.Adopt integrated processing measure to solve unemployed problem.It is becoming increasingly clear that this problem will not be easily solved.It emerged as the most intractable issue of our era.We must put a great deal of time effort into this project without jaundice of any kind.

Take the bull by the horns,though it is impossible to tackle the unemployment in a short time,but so long as everybody unites together,this energetic strength actually can defeat any difficulty
